Soany Beauty Return Policy

At Soany Beauty, we take pride in our high-quality makeup products. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review our return policy below:

1. 30 Days Return Policy:

   • All products—except the beauty blender—are eligible for return, provided they are barely used, in pristine condition, and include their original packaging.
     
   • To initiate a return, please contact support@soanybeauty.com, we usually reply within 12 hours.
     • Must include images
     • Must include your order number
   • Customers have 30 days to initiate a return once their order is delivered.

2. Damaged or Defective Products:

   • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we will make an exception.
   • Please follow these steps:
     • Notify Us Within 30 Days:
       • You must notify us via email within 30 days of the product’s delivery date.
       • Send an email to our customer support team at support@soanybeauty.com with the following information:
         • Your order number
         • A clear description of the issue (including photos)
     • Return Process:
       • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
       • We may request additional information or evidence to verify the issue.
       • Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the damaged or defective product.
       • You will receive a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

3. Exceptions:

   • We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually.
   • If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will promptly address it.
   • Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
